Shipping

Thank you for purchasing from the WORKSHOP37 store.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our Auckland studio. As a made-to-order label, please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be crafted and dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia. If you’re outside these regions, please reach out to us at helloworkshop37@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Returns

WORKSHOP37 operates in accordance with the New Zealand Fair Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

• We accept returns for full-priced items only if they are faulty. Faulty items must be reported and returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
• Please choose your style and size carefully before purchasing. Refer to our sizing chart for guidance.
• Exceptions:
• We do not accept returns for change of mind or customized orders.
• If your item has a fault, please email us at helloworkshop37@gmail.com with a brief description and photos of the issue.
